Taylor said this in a interview for some days ago:
Taylor says she skips read meat, and eats lots of vegetables.
“I eat really healthy and I work out” she told reporters
at last night’s Whitney Museum of America Art Gala in NYC.
“I dance and go to the gym a little bit here and there.”
I saw an interview with Taylor where she says it's genetic. Her mom's really skinny too.
If you want to loose weight, just try to eat healthy, make sure you get a lot of exercise and be happy with your own figure, cause dieting is really not good for you especialy if you're still young. Not everyone is build the same and that's okay, cause it would be boring if everyone looks the same.
That said: I also do like Taylor's style and figure, but try to be happy with my own looks. ;)
